If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hydra, we offer hassle-free, 30-day returns. Returns and exchanges are FREE for all UK orders (subject to our Fair Use terms).
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.
- All tags must be attached (where applicable) and original packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear or use may be rejected or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and groin guards can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
Fees & Deductions
While returns are free to send back, certain situations may reduce your refund:
- If returning items reduces the remaining order value below the £59.99 free shipping threshold, a £4.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
- If you upgraded to express shipping, this upgrade fee is non-refundable.
- For orders under £59.99, we will refund only the £4.00 Economy Shipping fee.
- For orders over £59.99, no shipping amounts are refunded.
- Items returned from a bundle or multi-buy discount will be refunded based on the adjusted value of the remaining items.
- Items missing tags or packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Fair Use of Free Returns
To keep our free UK returns service fair and sustainable for all customers, we monitor for unusual or excessive return patterns.
Customers who repeatedly return an abnormal number of orders may have their free return privileges removed. In such cases, we may require the customer to pay return shipping on future orders, and/or apply a 10% restocking fee on future returns.
We will always contact you in advance if your account is affected. This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty or misdescribed items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is authorised and received, refunds are issued promptly to your original payment method. The refund may take up to 72 hours to appear on your bank statement. If you don’t see the refund after this period, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
