Returns are FREE for all UK orders.
Our current system does not support exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item, and we will refund your original purchase once we receive the returned item. This process ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a refund the following criteria apply:
- Items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached (where applicable) and with their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Any additional payment made to upgrade shipping to an express service is non-refundable.
- For orders under £59.99 we will only refund the Economy Shipping fee of £4.00, for orders over £59.99 there will be no refunds on any shipping amounts paid.
- If the value of the remaining items that aren’t returned is below the free shipping threshold of £59.99 a £4.00 fee will deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
Refunds will be rejected if the returned items show signs of use or wear.
Items that are missing their original tags and/or packaging, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for each item.
Once your return is authorised, it will be promptly credited back to your initial payment method. While the processing on our end is immediate, it might take up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect on your statement. If the refund does not appear within this timeframe, kindly get in touch with us for further assistance.
